We also provide managed services for cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes and Serverless infrastructures.

Our mission is to improve IT infrastructure reliability by implementing SRE principles and DevOps practices into dedicated and passionate teams along with providing top-level managed services suited to our client’s needs.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Specialist who is not afraid of new challenges and wants to actively develop and improve his skills. You will be responsible for offering and presenting our services to potential clients, maintaining and establishing business relations and cooperate closely with our back office and management.

We provide services mainly for international partners and clients therefore we are looking for a person with fluent English and experience in online service and business (B2B) selling to Western & Northern Europe and USA.

As a Sales Specialist you will:

  • Acquire new business (B2B) customers
  • Actively work with cold, warm and hot leads
  • Prepare sales presentations and materials
  • Conduct online sales and business meetings including presentations, demos and negotiations
  • Conduct business conversations on Linkedin and email
  • Lead, improve and build our sales processes and pipelines
  • Maintain good relationships with key customers
  • Work mainly remotely (2-4 onsite meetings a month in Lodz, Poland)


Recommended skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English  (business conversations mainly in English)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B online services sales
  • Familiarity with IT industry and technologies/trends on market
  • Experience in using sales automation and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Clickup etc
  • Ability to conduct sales processes
  • Good communication and presentation skills (written & spoken)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Efficient self-organization
