This week, several of our top cloud consultants swapped their office chairs for conference seats at AWS Cloud Day Warsaw. It’s one of many ways we treat professional growth at Relout: not as optional, but essential.

We joined two events:

  1. AWS Cloud Day Warsaw – organized directly by AWS, it’s a large event with talks on topics such as artificial intelligence, migrations, and system modernization.
  2. AWS Community Day Poland – a community event organized by AWS users that’s more practical and focused on real case studies.

Why we invest in our consultants’ growth

Our Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS) model helps clients build strong tech teams, but it also depends on our consultants staying sharp and up to date.

Technology changes fast, especially in cloud and AI. What was best yesterday is outdated today. We make sure every Relout consultant works with the newest tools and practices.

Here’s how we back that up:

  • Financial Support: Every consultant gets a dedicated budget for training, certifications, and conferences. Relout covers all costs – not the client. We see ongoing learning as our own investment.
  • Logistics Support: Attending a big event like AWS Cloud Day or a multi-day course means more than signing up. Our HR team takes care of everything – flights, hotels, tickets, and planning – so consultants can focus on learning, not travel details.
  • Connecting & Coordinating: This year, the AWS Cloud Day coincided with an internal off-site event for two of our major teams. While that might sound like a scheduling nightmare, but our HR team managed it! We saw it as a chance to combine focused learning with team bonding.
    • What’s worth highlighting, is that we actively monitor the conference landscape and advice our consultants on which event will be the best match for them.

At Relout, we see every event like this as a step toward keeping our expertise sharp and our teams ready for what’s next.

And to sum it all up, below are a few sneak peeks from the conference 😉
