Last week, we joined Founders Mind in Warsaw – a founder-focused event. It’s not a big expo or corporate show, but a space for company builders: owners, co-founders, and entrepreneurs.
The event is small, with around 50–100 people, but the value is in the honest, practical talks about running a business.
This was our first time exhibiting, and it turned out to be one of the most useful events we’ve been to.
At our booth, we spoke with founders about:
- Finding top talent in a tough market
- Building strong, flexible teams
- When to use recruitment, outsourcing, or outstaffing
- What works best in hiring and HR
These are the conversations where Relaut does best. We shared how our agency model and Talent-as-a-Service approach help businesses move faster with the right people and systems.
