As the founder of Relout, with 12+ years of DevOps background (which is all about change) it still took me a while to realize how the current IT market is changing and how to adapt to the challenges modern tech companies will face in the coming years.
I have decided to steer Relout towards a more focused and refined direction. After 2+ years of market operation, we’re switching from a DevOps & Cloud consultancy to an IT Recruitment and Talent Management agency.
We’re not forgetting our DevOps roots – we’re just adding a new, unique layer to it.

Why do we make this change?
There are 3 key reasons behind this move.
1. We want to stay focused on areas we truly excel at.
Since 2021, along with DevOps, we have been providing our talent management solutions to clients and have become a strategic nearshoring partner for several Nordic companies & startups.
We realized that our strength is not only in the area of technology but also in our work culture, flexibility and dedication towards long-term strategic partnership with our clients. In order to avoid distraction, we want to focus 100% on this aspect of our work and make sure it’s taken to an even higher level.
2. We have already solved several difficult and near-impossible recruitment cases for our partners – just didn’t tell the world about it.
We succeeded not only because of our talent pool or because of the experience of our recruiters. Primarily, it’s because our roots are deep in technology & engineering, and we can perfectly address the needs of both our candidates and clients in those areas.
3. Talent-as-a-Service
We have developed a unique, hybrid talent & account management process, fine-tuned to such an extent that we realized we are better at it than our competitors, without even trying to compete.
What remains unchanged?
If you seek experienced, dedicated and passionate DevOps/Cloud engineers – you can still rely on Relout. Our business model is changing but we still help our clients find, source, recruit and manage passionate and talented engineers in multiple IT roles including Development (Backend, Frontend and Fullstack), Data (AI, ML), and Operations (DevOps, Automation, SRE and DBA).
