Relout at London Tech Week & Founders Mind

Two locations. Same week. Same goal – Relout at London Tech Week & Founders Mind.

While Krystian and Kacper joined London Tech Week – meeting founders, market players and exploring UK tech scene… Gerard, Olga and Kornelia were present at Founders Mind Warsaw, sharing our recruitment expertise directly with Polish founders and startup ecosystem.

What did we learn from both events?

We had dozens of valuable discussions around recruitment strategy, hiring processes and navigating today’s candidate-driven market.

  1. AI is no longer “coming” – it’s already defining who will win and who will fall behind. The real advantage comes not from using AI, but from adopting and integrating it deep into processes and business operations.
  2. Many companies openly admit they struggle to define who exactly they should hire to move forward. That’s where Talent Briefing methodology we use allows us to structure the role and hiring profile together with the client.
  3. UK remains one of the leading global startup hubs, but VC funding is extremely selective, especially now.
  4. Remote hiring and international engineering partnerships (like ours) remain highly relevant, as access to top engineering talent remains one of the biggest challenges.
  5. High interest in cultural fit and hiring right the first time. In today’s uncertain market, many companies would rather hire fewer, but stronger people – knowing, that one wrong hire costs a lot.

The conclusion is simple: finding the right candidate is always hard and always worth doing right.

Thanks to everyone who visited us – both in London and Warsaw! If you want to talk about your hiring challenges – feel free to reach out and connect.
