Remote work is efficient, but nothing replaces meeting in person. It clears up communication, builds real trust, and sparks ideas that video calls simply can’t. Clients see a committed team, not just faces on a screen, and that makes collaboration stronger.
That’s why on May 17–19 we met in Toruń for the fourth Relout weekend meetup. The meetup brought together the main backoffice team and the Delaval client teams.
This time we worked together to get out of escape rooms, competed in Grand Prix-style go-kart races, made risky choices at the poker table, and relaxed in Toruń’s clubs. 🙂 All of this while enjoying the Copernicus Hotel and some of the city’s best restaurants.
